The short version
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. It does not create an account for you, and it does not store anything you type.
If you use the contact form, your message is handed to your own phone’s messaging app so that you send it to us as an ordinary text. It is not transmitted to this website or stored on any server we control.
Information we collect through this website
Through the website itself: none. There is no account system, no mailing list, no analytics and no advertising.
The contact form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, and your message. As this site is configured, that information never leaves your device through the website — the form opens your own messaging app with the text pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it. If you do send it, or if you call or text us directly, we receive it the same way we receive any other text message.
Anything you give us in person at our office is part of that transaction and sits outside the scope of this website policy.
Categories of third parties
We do not sell, rent or share information from this website with anyone, because we do not collect any through it.
We have deliberately kept the number of outside companies your browser talks to as close to zero as we can. Two remain:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website, and therefore sees the IP address of every request, as any web host must. Our typefaces are also served from our own domain by Cloudflare, so no font company sees you.
- Google Maps provides the embedded map, and only on the home page. Loading that map lets Google see your IP address. Every other page on this site contacts no one but Cloudflare.
Each is governed by that company’s own privacy policy, not ours. We receive no reports, analytics or personal information from either of them.
Reviewing or changing your information
Because this website does not collect or store personal information, there is nothing held here to review, correct or delete. If you have texted, emailed or called us and want that message deleted, call or text 805-710-7219 and we will remove it.
Do Not Track signals
This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We do not behave differently for browsers that send one, because our behaviour is already the same either way.
Third-party tracking across other sites
We do not permit any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time or across different websites through this site. We run no advertising or analytics scripts of any kind.
Children
This website is meant for adults conducting vehicle registration business and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. If the website ever begins collecting information directly — for example if the contact form is connected to an email service — this policy will be updated before that goes live.
