Accessibility Statement

Our aim
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion.
This site was built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What that means in practice
- Every page works by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link.
- Text and interface colours were measured against their backgrounds to meet the contrast minimums.
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced to screen readers and name the field that needs fixing.
- Animation is switched off automatically if your system asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow to narrow screens without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged.
- Pages print cleanly, so the “what to bring” checklists can be taken with you on paper.
Known limitations
The embedded Google map on the home page comes from Google and we do not control its internal accessibility. The same information — our full address and a directions link — sits next to it as plain text, so nothing is available only inside the map.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to know, and we will fix it. Call or text 805-710-7219 and tell us what happened. You can also simply come in — every service on this website is available in person at our counter, and no part of our business requires using the website at all.
